An IDF officer was lightly wounded in the leg on Friday afternoon during a violent pretest against the construction of the West Bank security fence in the village of Bili'in, west of Ramallah. In scenes that have become commonplace in this weekly protest, some 100 Palestinian and left-wing demonstrators gathered at the site, violating a closed military zone order and throwing stones at security forces, who attempted to forcibly disperse the crowd.
