IDF officer who accidentally entered Jenin gets 28 days in prison

The IDF officer who accidentally entered Jenin on Monday and narrowly escaped a lynching was sentenced to 28 days in prison on Wednesday. OC Central Command Maj.-Gen. Gadi Shamni was presented with the results of the investigation into the incident, which showed a series of shortcomings in the officer's behavior.
