IDF troops shot a Palestinian near the security fence in the northern Gaza Strip on Thursday afternoon.
The army said that the soldiers called on four suspicious figures to move away from the fence, but when their calls went unheeded, the troops shot towards the men, hitting one of them in the lower section of his body.
