IDF troops surrounded the Palestinian Authority Military Intelligence headquarters in Ramallah on Wednesday morning, demanding the surrender of several Fatah fugitives hiding inside the building.
Army Radio reported that the fugitives were responsible for perpetrating shooting attacks against Israelis.
17 of the Fatah operatives surrendered to the troops and were promptly detained by security forces for interrogation.
