IDF troops arrested 17 Palestinian fugitives overnight Wednesday throughout the West Bank. In an operation near Nablus, troops were fired upon on several occasions. No casualties or damage were reported. In the Jenin area ,four Islamic Jihad operatives and two other fugitives were arrested. Near Nablus, two fugitives were arrested, and near Ramallah four Hamas operatives and a Fatah member were apprehended. In Bethlehem, three Hamas operatives and a member of the Islamic Jihad were arrested.
