IDF troops nab 3 fugitives in W. Bank; bomb thrown at troops in Nablus

IDF troops arrested three Palestinian fugitives in the West Bank on Sunday overnight.
One of the fugitives was apprehended in Halhul and the other two were captured in Ramallah.
In Nablus, an explosive device was thrown at a military patrol. No casualties or damage were reported.
