IDF wounds Islamic Jihad fugitive near Jenin

An Islamic Jihad fugitive was shot and moderately wounded by IDF forces Saturday afternoon in Silat al-Haratiya near Jenin. The IDF had located the hiding place of two Jihad fugitives. After one of the two came out armed with a Kalashnikov rifle, the troops opened fire and shot him in the leg. The fugitive was treated at the scene and detained for interrogation, Israel Radio reported. The second fugitive gave himself up to the IDF.
