IPS bemoans security prisoners' water wastage

The Israel Prisons Service (IPS) said on Saturday night that the amount of water consumed by security prisoners was more than three times the average. Israel Radio reported that the prisoners were consuming some 1,000 liters of water a day, while the average person used only about 300 liters. The IPS was planning to take action to curb the water wastage.
