Islamic Jihad members saved from failed IAF strike

An IDF aircraft fired a missile at a Palestinian vehicle in Gaza on Wednesday, but missed its target, Palestinian sources said.
By the time the second missile was fired, the passengers - members of the Islamic Jihad - had already escaped, Israel Radio reported.
