Islamic Jihad threatens to renew attacks on Israel

The Islamic Jihad threatened Sunday afternoon to renew attacks against Israel, claiming that the cease-fire was already dead. "Israel is the one who has brought an end to the cease-fire; they are responsible for this," Abu Ahmed, spokesperson for the organization said. According to Ahmed, Israel has violated the cease-fire 70 times in the past week alone. "The calm has been broken by repeated Zionist violations and continued Israeli attacks against the Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank," he said.
