Israel Police raided the Tel Aviv Municipality on Monday morning in light of suspicions of a blackmail and bribery affair in which senior employees are suspected of involvement.
Police arrested Yair Tzbari who recently submitted his candidacy for the Tel Aviv mayorship. Dozens of employees were taken for interrogation in an affair that reportedly involves bribery, fraud, money laundering and tax violations.
