Israel Railways to compensate delayed passengers

Israel Railways promised on Monday afternoon that thousands of passengers throughout the country who were delayed earlier in the day due to the disruption in train service would be compensated. Train service was restored on Monday morning after it was disrupted following a technical malfunction discovered in Israel Railways' signal system in the Tel Aviv area.
