Israel will not allow Hamas leaders in the Gaza Strip to travel to Ramallah for the official ceremony that will swear Hamas in as the leading party in the PLC, Israel Radio reported.
The ceremony will take place simultaneously in Ramallah and Gaza via videoconference.
