The Israeli pavilion at the DEFEXPO Indian arms exhibition was awarded the Best Exhibitor Award in a competition including 200 additional countries and their pavilions. Defense Ministry representative Limor Moshe - who was responsible for the pavilion which displayed the wares of 21 Israeli companies - received the award on behalf of SIBAT - the Defense Ministry's Foreign Defense Assistance and Defense Export Organization. Head of SIBAT Maj.-Gen. (res.) Yossi Ben Hanan hailed the award as a symbol of the growing close relations between Israel and India. On exhibition were Israeli products ranging from missiles to UAVs and advanced laser technology.
