The Israeli who was shot Tuesday by Palestinians near Kalandia, south of Ramallah, was in fact hit in the back and not in the leg as earlier reported. The man was in moderate condition following the attack.
The victim, a technician employed by the company that operates the security fence, was hit in the leg and given first aid at the scene. He was evacuated to Hadassah Mt. Scopus Hospital in Jerusalem.
