On Thursday, US Ambassador to Israel Richard Jones will present the second annual Victor J. Goldberg Institute of International Education Prize for Peace in the Middle East to Ibrahim Abu Shindi and Hadas Kaplan, the founders of Jaffa's Arab-Jewish Community Center.
The award recognizes their pioneering work in creating an innovative and sustainable community organization that works to promote intercultural dialogue, coexistence and community empowerment.
