Jatt resident sentenced to 17 years for driving suicide bomber

A resident of the town of Jatt in the North was sentenced on Thursday to 17 years in prison for driving a Palestinian suicide bomber to the market in Hadera, where he blew himself up, killing six and wounding dozens. The man, Fikari Mantzur, 29, was convicted of aiding the enemy in a time of war, accessory to murder and attempted murder. Mantzur claimed that he was innocent and did not have anything to do with the attack.
