Jerusalem: Sanitation service starts summer stink

As temperatures soared during an early summer heat wave, Jerusalem sanitation workers carried out severely reduced service Monday due to a work dispute, sending trash spilling into the streets as garbage bins overflowed. The disruption in the city's sanitation service came just one week before the municipality was to launch its latest PR campaign called 'service with a smile.'
