Two Jerusalem parking inspectors were attacked Saturday night after issuing a ticket to a motorist for illegally parking his car, the city said Sunday. The two city inspectors were badly beaten by the driver and his friend after refusing to cancel the ticket they had just issued. One of the inspectors required treatment at a Jerusalem hospital for his wounds. The assailant, who fled the scene, was later arrested by police. The second attacker remains at large.
