A 19-year-old Israeli teen was under arrest Tuesday for allegedly stabbing an Arab teen with a screwdriver during a brawl between Jewish and Arab youths in Jerusalem several weeks ago, police said. The suspect, who denies the charges, was fingered by the 17-year-old Arab victim during a police lineup. He was to be brought to a Jerusalem court late Tuesday for a remand hearing.
