J'lem: Man lightly wounded in Ben Yehuda stabbing

A Jewish man was assaulted Monday by an Arab youth who tried to steal his cell phone in central Jerusalem, police said. The Arab attacker fled the scene. The Jewish victim was lightly injured in the hand during the late-afternoon incident on the Ben-Yehuda pedestrian mall. Both the victim and the attacker fled the scene. Police forces were conducting searches.
