Prime Minister Ariel Sharon's new Kadima party was set to meet on Monday in a conference room in the Knesset.
Until now, they were unable to find somewhere appropriate to host the 17 members, Army Radio reported.
Shinui MK Reshef Cheyne asked the attorney general to prohibit Kadima from meeting in the Kirya in Tel Aviv, claiming it would be a political use of security facilities.
