"One or two people are enough to tarnish the image of the police," Police Chief Insp.-Gen. Moshe Karadi said Friday after escaped serial rapist Benny Sela was captured near Nahariya.
Karadi said he hoped the public's faith in the police would be restored after the series of failures that led to Sela's escape 15 days ago.
