Karadi willing to keep job until replacement found

Outgoing police chief Insp.-Gen. Moshe Karadi said Tuesday that he would be willing to remain in his position until a replacement could be found. On Monday, Prison Service Chief Warden Ya'acov Genot announced that he was withdrawing his candidacy for police chief. Karadi said that he had served in the police for 28 years, and would not hesitate to do so for another few months.
