A Kassam rocket fired from the Gaza Strip hit a house in Sderot on Wednesday afternoon. Several people were treated for shock as a result of the attack and the house sustained damage. Another rocket landed in an open field outside the western Negev town and a third landed south of Ashkelon. No one was wounded and no damage was reported. Al Aksa Martyrs Brigades claimed responsibility for firing the rockets, saying it was retaliation for Tuesday night's assassination of Hizbullah terror chief Imad Mughniyeh in Damascus. Earlier Wednesday, two rockets fired from the Strip landed in open areas in the western Negev. No one was wounded and no damage was reported.
