Katsav calls on Israelis to exercise right to vote

President Moshe Katsav called upon Israel's voters on Sunday to exercise their right to vote. Citizens who do not exercise their right are committing a grave mistake, Katsav said. He noted that Israel is on the verge of making critical decisions and the elections constituted a referendum on the issues that would forge the state in future years, Israel Radio reported.
