President Moshe Katsav announced on Monday that he would not be coming to Thursday's memorial ceremony for slain prime minister Yitzhak Rabin. The Rabin ceremony, which will take place in the Knesset, is the latest in a series of events Katsav has skipped due to the sexual harassment allegations against him, including the memorial ceremony for former minister Rehavam Ze'evi and the swearing-in ceremony of Supreme Court President Dorit Beinisch.
