Rafael Cohen, the man arrested last week on suspicion of being involved in the murder of a high school girl in Katzrin, was released Sunday morning after police were unable to connect him to the murder.
Earlier, police arrested a second suspect - Yisrael Naftali, a man in his 40s from the Lower Galilee who was a gardener at the school.
