The Knesset will hold a special session Monday to celebrate the birthday of Theodore Herzl. The main speaker will be Prime Minister Ehud Olmert.
Afterwards, the members will discuss the first no-confidence motion in the government, which arose in response to its political strategy, Israel Radio reported.
Israel Beiteinu, The motion's initiator, has said that a unilateral withdrawal constitutes a capitulation to terror.
