Kuntar's lawyer: My client will be released

The Lawyer of Samir Kuntar, the Lebanese terrorist who is serving multiple life terms in Israel for the killing of three members of the Haran family and that of policeman Eliyahu Shahar in Nahariya in 1979, said on Wednesday that he expected his client to be released from custody as part of a prisoner exchange deal between Israel and Hizbullah. "Everyone else involved in the murders have been released," said Kuntar's lawyer, Elias Sabag. "There is no reason to keep him in custody."
