MK Yosef (Tommy) Lapid told ambassadors to Israel on Friday morning that "if the Iranian president can threaten the annihilation of Israel and your states do not break off relations, you're repeating precisely the mistake the world made when it thought Hitler was only a Jewish problem."
Speaking at a conference that marked International Holocaust Memorial Day, Lapid, a Holocaust survivor, warned the ambassadors, "when [the world] understood Hitler was a world problem, it was already too late."
