Law to help subsidize building strengthening against earthquake approved

The government has agreed to include amendments by MK Ofir Paz-Pines [Labor] which will enable the government to directly subsidize the strengthening of buildings in the periphery against damages of earthquakes. "The country's ability to prepare itself for an earthquake will increase considerably after the law has been approved. This law has the potential of saving many lives in the unfortunate case of an earthquake."
