Lawyer indicted for passing drugs to client in prison

An Israeli lawyer was indicted Wednesday in a Jerusalem court for allegedly passing drugs to her client in prison, police said. The attorney, Liora Barko, and her client, convicted Jerusalem mobster Itzik Bar-Mucha, were arrested in the HaSharon prison last week after police seized an assortment of drugs including cocaine in their possession. The lawyer has been placed under house arrest.
