Lawyer stops representing Ronnie Ron, continues with Rose's mother Marie

Attorney Revital Swid, who until now represented both Ronnie Ron and his life partner, Marie Pizem, has stopped representing Ron because Pizem spoke harshly about him after the body of her daughter, Rose, was found in the Yarkon River last week, she told The Jerusalem Post on Monday. "On Thursday, after Rose's body was found, Marie expressed harsh feelings about Roni," she said. Swid added that "even though neither one of them was incriminating the other," she felt it best to stop representing Ron. Pizem has been remanded in custody since August 12 and is to be brought to court for further remand on Thursday. Meanwhile the investigation into Rose's death continues. According to Swid, Marie maintains she had nothing to do with her daughter's death. She believed Ron when he told her he had sent her to a dormitory school "The fact is that before Rose's death, they were indeed looking for a school to send her to," added Swid. Swid said that she did not know whom Ron had chosen to represent him but that dozens of lawyers had expressed interest in doing so.
