Likud MK Limor Livnat objected on Sunday to the Education Ministry's decision to include the Palestinian Naqba in Arab-sector school text books, Israel Radio reported.
Livnat, a former education minister, expressed concern that the move could encourage students to work against Israel, Israel Radio reported.
The Naqba - meaning 'catastrophe' - is the Palestinian term referring to the creation of Israel in 1948.
