A Magen David Adom medic made an emergency delivery on Sunday - his own sister's baby.
The medic's brother-in-law called him to the couple's Mitzpe Ramon home after his sister went into labor, and they rushed her to a nearby hospital.
On the way, however, she was forced to give birth, and her brother delivered a healthy baby girl - the couple's second child.
