MK proposes getting tough on nationalist prisoners

MK Limor Livnat (Likud) proposed a bill Monday to toughen the conditions for freeing prisoners convicted of carrying out murders for nationalist motives. The bill would require the agreement of 80 MKs to pardon such prisoners.
