A 47-year-old Ariel resident was charged on Monday morning with the assault and rape of a 12-year-old girl three years ago.
Shlomo Sharabi allegedly met the girl in the street, grabbed her by the throat, covered her mouth, dragged her to an isolated spot and raped her.
Sharabi denied the charges against him.
