Man admits to killing pedestrian in Haifa hit-and-run

A 22-year-old man from the village of Arabe, in the Western Galilee, turned himself in to police Sunday morning, admitting to have killed a pedestrian in a hit-and-run on Saturday night.
The 19-year-old pedestrian was critically injured when he was hit by the car in the Haifa Bay area and later died of his wounds in a nearby hospital.
The man's brother and the owner of the vehicle, both 22, were also arrested.
