Man charged with robbery of 81-year-old woman in Tel Aviv

A resident of Umm el-Fahm was charged on Thursday with robbing an 81-year-old woman in Tel Aviv.
The indictment states that Bassam Jabareen, 46, followed the woman from a local bank to her house, where he snatched her bag containing jewelry and money.
Jabareen was arrested earlier last week, on suspicion of several attack on senior citizens.
