Man hit by car, seriously injured in Tel Aviv

A 32-year-old pedestrian was hit by a car and seriously injured Thursday in Tel Aviv. An initial investigation indicated that the pedestrian ran out into the middle of Rehov Herbert Samuel. The driver, 60, did not stop in time. The victim was evacuated to the city's Ichilov Hospital.
