Tel Aviv resident Arthur Ba'akyev was sentenced to 14 years in prison on Wednesday after being convicted of murdering a friend of his girlfriend. During the case at the Tel Aviv District Court, it emerged that the murder victim Roslan Kochminko arrived at Ba'akyev's apartment in a state of drunkenness, holding a bunch of flowers. Kochminko then started to caress Ba'akyev's girlfriend, who promptly ousted him from the house. Ba'akyev followed him and when a fight broke out between the two, stabbed Kochminko to death.
