Man saved from drowning by fellow beachgoer

At approximately 2:15 p.m. on the Manta Ray beach in Tel Aviv, a 32-year-old Jerusalem resident was saved from drowning by a watchful bystander. The man was pulled from the sea by a fellow beachgoer. He was then taken by an MDA team to Tel Aviv's Ichilov Hospital, where he was reported to be in serious condition.
