A 40-year-old man attempted to rob a Bank Hapoalim bank in Beit Shemesh on Monday, but failed due to the stubbornness of the bank teller. According to reports, the man gave the teller a note on which was written, "this is a robbery." When the teller refused to give the man money, the would-be robber fled the scene.
