Attorney General Menachem Mazuz said Monday that he would not prevent MK Azmi Bishara (Balad) from appearing on Hizbullah's TV station, Al-Manar, when the MK visits Lebanon this month. MK Israel Hasson (Israel Beiteinu) requested that Mazuz stop the visit, but the Attorney General said that he could only charge Bishara with a crime if the MK said something illegal while on television. MKs have called for Bishara to be ejected from the Knesset on the basis of past trips he has taken to Syria.
