Mitzna urges no restraint in fight against Kassams

Yeroham Mayor Amram Mitzna told Israel Radio Wednesday morning that Israel must act with all its strength to battle the Kassam attacks from Gaza. The former Labor Party chairman said that since Israel's disengagement from Gaza last August "the rules of the game had changed," and cautioned that worrying about the consequences of responding to the attacks would destroy Israel's deterrence capabilities. Mitzna added that the Palestinians must be held responsible for the Kassam launches from populated areas.
