Defense Minister Shaul Mofaz said on Wednesday that if Hamas complied with the conditions that Israel, the United States and the European Union have posed, then it might be able to serve as a partner for negotiations. However, he stipulated, if it would continue to act as a terrorist organization, it would be treated accordingly. Speaking at a Holocaust memorial site in Berlin, Mofaz said he expected that the international community take a political and moral stance against Iran developing weapons of mass destruction, Army Radio reported.
