Zafrir Bernard, 37, was killed on Saturday afternoon near Zohar Junction on the Dead Sea Road when his motorcycle overturned.
According to an initial investigation by the police, Bernard, a resident of Netaim, was driving over the speed limit when he lost control of his motorcycle and overturned.
