Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak said Saturday night that were negotiations for the release of kidnapped IDF soldier Cpl. Mubarak, speaking at the end of a meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov in Sharm e-Sheikh, said that the negotiations between Israel and the Palestinians were connected to the prisoner swap talks, which involved freeing the Hamas parliament members from Israeli jails.
