Netanya man shot to death during attempted robbery

A Netanya resident was shot and killed late Thursday night by a group of assailants attempting to mug him, police said. The assailants allegedly demanded that he hand over his bag, and when he refused to do so, they shot him then fled the scene. According to reports the man, severely bleeding, managed to reach his house where his daughters immediately alerted emergency service. The victim was rushed to the hospital, where he died of his wounds. Police forces were searching for the attackers.
